Since September 2022, the Growell Welfare Foundation has been a steadfast partner in the fight against tuberculosis (TB), working tirelessly under the Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (PMTBMBA) program. Our commitment goes beyond standard care; we believe that proper nutrition is a powerful ally in a patient’s recovery journey. We've had the privilege of supporting approximately 15 patients in a unique initiative, where we've provided them with more than the standard nutritional kits prescribed by the National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP). This enhanced support is designed to significantly improve treatment outcomes and reduce the chances of recurrence, giving patients the best possible chance at a full recovery.

Our approach is rooted in close collaboration with NTEP officials, who help us identify and select beneficiaries who can benefit most from this additional support. We understand that the treatment for TB can be long and demanding, and the added stress of securing adequate nutrition can be a significant burden. By providing consistent, high-quality nutrition throughout their treatment period, we are not just giving them food; we are providing them with the strength to fight, the energy to heal, and the hope to look forward to a healthier future. The success of this initiative is a testament to the power of a holistic approach to healthcare, where partnership and compassion work hand in hand to make a lasting difference in people's lives.
